MauNote 貓記帳服務條款

歡迎使用 MauNote 貓記帳（以下稱「本服務」）。你開始使用本服務，即表示你已閱讀、瞭解並同意本條款與隱私權政策。

1. 服務內容

本服務是離線的個人記帳工具：記帳、預算、固定收支、目標、報表、電子發票掃描與對獎、備份匯出與匯入等。資料只存在你的手機上，不需要帳號。
本服務是記錄與整理工具，不會連結、存取或移動你任何金融帳戶中的資金，也不提供付款、借貸、投資或保險服務，內容不構成投資、稅務、法律或其他專業建議。
我們可能新增、調整或停止部分功能；重大變更會事先在 App 內或網站公告。

2. 使用規範

你同意不會干擾、破解、逆向工程或攻擊本服務與其網站，或利用本服務從事違法行為。

3. 電子發票

對獎結果以財政部公告為準；本服務提供的比對與提示僅供參考，請自行確認並於期限內領獎。政府平台的資料異常可能造成中獎號碼更新延遲。

4. 費用

本服務目前可免費使用。日後若推出付費項目，價格與內容會在購買前清楚標示，並依 Google Play / App Store 的規定處理。

5. 你的資料與備份

你記錄的內容屬於你，只存在你的手機上，依隱私權政策處理。
你可以隨時在 App 內匯出完整備份或 CSV。請自行保留備份：解除安裝 App、手機遺失或損壞時，我們無法替你復原資料。

6. 智慧財產權

本服務的程式、介面、招財貓角色、插圖、商標「MauNote」「貓記帳」等，屬本服務或授權人所有；未經同意，不得重製、改作或用於商業用途。

7. 服務中斷與免責

本服務依「現況」提供，可能因系統或第三方服務（例如作業系統、政府平台、匯率來源）異常而部分功能暫時無法使用；我們不保證不中斷或無錯誤。
在法律允許的範圍內，我們對於因使用或無法使用本服務所生的間接、附帶或衍生損失（例如依記帳內容所做的財務決定、資料遺失）不負賠償責任。

8. 條款修改

我們可能修改本條款。重大修改會在 App 內或網站公告；修改後你繼續使用本服務，即視為同意修改後的條款。

9. 準據法與管轄

本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法。因本條款或本服務發生爭議時，雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院，但法律另有強制規定者從其規定。

Welcome to MauNote (the "Service"). By using the Service you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

MauNote is an offline personal money-tracking tool: records, budgets, recurring items, goals, reports, e-invoice scanning and the invoice lottery, and backup export / import. Your data stays on your phone and no account is needed. It never links to, accesses or moves money in your financial accounts, does not provide payment, lending, investment or insurance services, and nothing in it is investment, tax, legal or other professional advice. Features may be added, changed or discontinued; we will announce material changes in advance.

2. Acceptable use

Don't interfere with, hack, reverse-engineer or attack the Service or its website, and don't use it for anything illegal.

3. E-invoices (Taiwan)

Official lottery results from Taiwan's Ministry of Finance prevail; our matching and reminders are for reference. Government service issues may delay updates to winning numbers.

4. Fees

The Service is currently free. If paid items are offered later, prices and contents will be shown before purchase and handled under Google Play / App Store rules.

5. Your data and backups

Your records belong to you, stay on your phone, and are handled under our Privacy Policy. You can export a full backup or CSV in the app at any time. Keep your own backups: if you uninstall the app or lose or damage your phone, we cannot recover your data.

6. Intellectual property

The app, design, lucky-cat characters, illustrations and the "MauNote / 貓記帳" marks belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is"; some features may be unavailable because of system or third-party issues (e.g. the operating system, government platforms, rate sources), and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including financial decisions made based on your records or loss of data.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and will announce material changes in the app or on our website. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). The Taiwan Taipei District Court has jurisdiction as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

MauNote（以下「本サービス」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。本サービスを利用開始した時点で、本規約とプライバシーポリシーを読み、理解し、同意したものとみなします。

1. サービス内容

MauNote は、オフラインで使える個人向けの家計簿ツールです。記録、予算、固定収支、目標、レポート、電子発票のスキャンと当選チェック、バックアップの書き出し・読み込みなどを提供します。データはお使いのスマホの中だけに保存され、アカウントは不要です。金融口座に接続したり、お金を動かしたりすることはなく、決済・融資・投資・保険のサービスは提供しません。内容は投資・税務・法律その他の専門的な助言ではありません。機能は追加・変更・終了されることがあり、重要な変更は事前にお知らせします。

2. 利用上のルール

本サービスやそのウェブサイトへの妨害、不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、攻撃、違法な目的での利用はしないでください。

3. 電子発票（台湾）

当選結果は台湾財政部の公告が優先されます。本サービスの照合やお知らせは参考情報です。政府のプラットフォームの都合により、当選番号の更新が遅れることがあります。

4. 料金

本サービスは現在無料でご利用いただけます。有料の項目（例：MauNote Pro の買い切り）がある場合は、購入前に価格と内容を表示し、Apple App Store / Google Play のルールに従って処理します。

5. データとバックアップ

記録はあなたのもので、スマホの中だけに保存され、プライバシーポリシーに従って扱われます。アプリ内でいつでも完全バックアップや CSV を書き出せます。 バックアップはご自身で保管してください。アプリを削除したり、スマホを紛失・故障したりした場合、私たちはデータを復元できません。

6. 知的財産権

本サービスのプログラム、デザイン、招き猫のキャラクター、イラスト、商標「MauNote」「貓記帳」などは、当方またはライセンサーに帰属し、許可なく複製・改変・商用利用することはできません。

7. サービスの中断と免責

本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます。OS や第三者のサービス（政府のプラットフォーム、為替レートの取得元など）の都合で、一部の機能が一時的に使えないことがあり、中断や誤りがないことは保証しません。法令で許される範囲で、本サービスの利用または利用不能によって生じる間接的・付随的・派生的な損害（記録に基づく金銭的な判断、データの消失など）について、当方は責任を負いません。

8. 規約の変更

本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更はアプリ内またはウェブサイトでお知らせし、変更後に利用を続けた場合は変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

9. 準拠法と管轄

本規約は中華民国（台湾）の法律に準拠します。本規約または本サービスに関する紛争は、台湾台北地方法院を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所としますが、法令に強行規定がある場合はそれに従います。
