MauNote 貓記帳 隱私權政策
MauNote 貓記帳（以下稱「本服務」）是個人記帳 App。我們只蒐集提供服務所需的資料， 不販售你的資料、不放廣告、不使用廣告追蹤。本政策說明我們蒐集哪些資料、如何使用與保護，以及你可以行使的權利。
1. 不登入也能使用
沒有登入（訪客模式）時，你的記帳資料只存在你的手機上，不會傳到我們的伺服器。 只有在你註冊並登入後，資料才會同步到伺服器，讓你換手機或多台裝置使用。
2. 我們蒐集的資料
- 帳號資料：Email、密碼（只保存無法還原的雜湊值）、你自行填寫的名稱。
- 記帳資料（登入後同步）：帳戶、交易（金額、日期、分類、店家、備註）、預算、固定收支、目標、挑戰、筆記等你在 App 內建立的內容。
- 電子發票：掃描電子發票 QR code 時讀出的發票號碼、日期、賣方統編與品項，用於記帳與對獎。對獎在手機上進行。
- 雲端發票載具（選用）：手機條碼與驗證碼，只用來向財政部電子發票平台查詢你的發票並建立記帳資料；可隨時解除綁定，解除後即刪除。
- 使用與安全紀錄：登入、登出、刪除申請等事件的時間、IP 位址與裝置代碼，用於帳號安全與防止濫用。
- AI 使用紀錄：每次使用 AI 功能的類型與用量（token 數），用於額度計算與成本控制，不包含提問與回答內容。
- 邀請碼：你的邀請碼、邀請與兌換紀錄、獎勵次數。
我們不會蒐集你的銀行或信用卡帳號密碼，也不會連結或移動你任何金融帳戶中的資金。
3. 在手機上處理、不上傳的資料
- 相機：拍收據或掃發票時，文字辨識在手機上進行，照片不會上傳。
- 麥克風：語音記帳使用手機系統內建的語音辨識服務（依你的手機設定，可能由系統供應商處理），App 不保存錄音。
- 生物辨識：指紋 / 臉部解鎖由手機系統驗證，App 拿不到你的生物特徵資料。
- 通知：記帳提醒在手機上排程。
4. AI 功能
喵財務助理、收據解析與自動分類使用第三方 AI 服務（OpenAI、Anthropic）透過 API 處理，只在你使用這些功能時傳送必要的內容：
- AI 問答：你的問題，以及回答所需的彙總數字（例如某分類本月合計）；帳戶以代號表示，不傳送帳戶名稱。
- 收據解析：收據的辨識文字，傳送前會先遮蔽電話、Email 等個人資料。
- 自動分類：店家名稱與交易類型。
依上述服務商的 API 政策，透過 API 傳送的資料預設不會用來訓練其模型。AI 回答可能有誤，數字以帳本為準；本服務不提供投資建議。
5. 資料保護
- 傳輸一律使用 HTTPS 加密。
- Email、名稱、帳戶名稱、交易備註與描述、發票載具等個人資料在資料庫中以 AES-GCM 加密保存；需要查詢時使用不可逆的索引值。
- 伺服器與資料庫位於 Google Cloud 台灣（asia-east1）區域。
- 系統日誌與錯誤訊息不記錄個人資料明碼。
6. 資料分享
我們不販售、出租你的資料。只在以下情況提供給處理者，且僅限提供服務所需： Google Cloud（主機與資料庫）、OpenAI / Anthropic（你使用 AI 功能時）、財政部電子發票平台（你綁定發票載具時）。 法律要求時，依法提供給主管機關。
7. 保存期限與刪除
- 你的資料在你使用本服務期間保存。
- 你可以在 App「設定 → 個人資料與帳號」或刪除帳號網頁申請刪除帳號。申請後有 7 天冷靜期可以取消， 期滿後我們會刪除你的帳號與伺服器上的所有資料（包含記帳資料、發票載具、AI 使用紀錄、邀請紀錄與安全紀錄），只保留「已完成刪除」的紀錄作為證明。
- 資料庫備份會在備份週期（最長 7 天）後自動覆蓋。
- 安全紀錄最長保存 365 天。
- 手機上的資料會在你登出或解除安裝 App 時刪除。
8. 你的權利
依個人資料保護法，你可以查詢、閱覽、請求製給複本、補充或更正、停止蒐集處理利用，以及請求刪除你的個人資料。 App 內可直接匯出你的記帳資料（CSV）、修改資料與申請刪除帳號；其他請求請來信聯絡我們。
9. 兒童
本服務不以 13 歲以下兒童為對象，也不會刻意蒐集兒童的個人資料。
10. 政策變更
本政策如有重大變更，會在 App 內或本頁公告，並更新生效日期。

MauNote Privacy Policy
MauNote (the "Service") is a personal money-tracking app. We only collect the data needed to provide the Service. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use advertising trackers.
1. You can use it without an account
In guest mode, your records stay on your phone and are never sent to our servers. Your data is synced to our servers only after you sign up and sign in.
2. Data we collect
- Account: email, password (stored only as a one-way hash), and the name you choose.
- Records (synced when signed in): accounts, transactions (amount, date, category, merchant, note), budgets, recurring items, goals, challenges and notes you create.
- E-invoices (Taiwan): invoice number, date, seller tax ID and items read from the e-invoice QR code, used for records and the invoice lottery. Lottery checking happens on your phone.
- E-invoice carrier (optional): your mobile barcode and verification code, used only to fetch your invoices from Taiwan's Ministry of Finance e-invoice platform. Unbinding deletes them.
- Security logs: time, IP address and device ID of sign-in, sign-out and deletion events, for account security and abuse prevention.
- AI usage: type and amount (tokens) of each AI request, for quotas and cost control. Questions and answers are not stored.
- Invites: your invite code, invite/redemption records and bonus uses.
We never collect your bank or card login credentials, and we cannot access or move money in any financial account.
3. Processed on your phone only
- Camera: receipt and invoice text recognition runs on your phone; photos are not uploaded.
- Microphone: voice entry uses your phone's built-in speech recognition service (which may be operated by your phone's system provider); the app does not keep recordings.
- Biometrics: fingerprint / face unlock is verified by your phone; the app never receives biometric data.
- Notifications: reminders are scheduled on your phone.
4. AI features
The AI assistant, receipt reading and auto-categorization use third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic) via API, and only send what is needed when you use them: your question and the summary figures needed to answer it (accounts are referred to by codes, not names); receipt text with phone numbers and emails masked; merchant names for categorization. Under these providers' API policies, API data is not used to train their models by default. AI answers may be wrong — your records are the source of truth. The Service does not provide investment advice.
5. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Personal data such as email, name, account names, notes and carrier codes is encrypted with AES-GCM in the database. Servers and the database are hosted on Google Cloud in Taiwan (asia-east1). Logs do not contain personal data in plain text.
6. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. Data is shared only with processors as needed to run the Service: Google Cloud (hosting), OpenAI / Anthropic (when you use AI features), and Taiwan's e-invoice platform (when you bind a carrier), or with authorities when required by law.
7. Retention and deletion
You can request account deletion in the app (Settings → Personal data & account) or on the account deletion page. After a 7-day grace period (you can cancel during it), we delete your account and all of your data on our servers, keeping only a record that the deletion was completed. Database backups are overwritten within 7 days. Security logs are kept for up to 365 days. Data on your phone is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.
8. Your rights
You may access, export (CSV in the app), correct, or delete your personal data, or ask us to stop processing it. Contact us for any request not available in the app.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13.
10. Changes
We will announce material changes in the app or on this page and update the effective date.
