MauFit 隱私權政策

MauFit（以下稱「本 App」）是一款以相機辨識動作、用遊戲化方式鼓勵運動的 iOS 與 Android 應用程式。 我們把「你的資料留在你的手機裡」當成設計原則。以下說明本 App 會處理哪些資料，以及不會做什麼。

我們不收集、不上傳的資料

• 不需要帳號：不需要註冊、登入，也沒有任何雲端帳號。
• 不需要網路：本 App 的所有功能都在手機上完成，沒有自己的伺服器，也不會上傳你的個人資料。
• 不上傳個人資料：沒有分析工具、廣告或追蹤碼。唯一的例外是動作辨識使用的 Google ML Kit：在 iOS 版，該 SDK 可能向 Google 回傳匿名的 SDK 診斷與使用資料（例如裝置識別碼、效能與診斷資料、功能使用情況；不含相機畫面、照片或你輸入的內容），這些資料不與你的身分連結，也不用於追蹤。
• 不儲存照片或影片：相機畫面只在手機記憶體中即時處理，用來辨識身體關節位置，處理完即丟棄，不會存檔。
• 不錄音：本 App 不使用麥克風。

本 App 在你的手機上處理與儲存的資料

• 相機畫面：即時辨識關節位置以計算動作次數與提示姿勢（裝置內完成，不儲存）。僅存在記憶體。
• 鼻子、雙眼、雙耳在畫面上的位置（二維座標）：決定「角色頭像取代臉」要疊在哪裡、多大、傾斜多少（詳見下方「臉部與頭部位置資料」）。僅存在記憶體，不存檔。
• 角色名稱、性別、運動程度、目標、每日時間：產生每日任務與難度。存放在手機本機資料庫。
• 任務、訓練紀錄、等級、經驗值、連續天數、休息券：遊戲進度與歷史紀錄。存放在手機本機資料庫與設定檔。
• 提醒時間設定：每日提醒通知。存放在手機本機設定檔。
• 每次訓練後你回答的感受、難度偏好：調整下次任務的難度、顯示在「訓練日誌」。存放在手機本機設定檔，不上傳。
• 訓練統計（每週與每月趨勢、各動作時間、個人紀錄）：「成長」頁的進階統計（Pro），由手機上的訓練紀錄即時計算。不另外儲存，不上傳。
• 「Pro 已解鎖」的狀態：解鎖 Pro 內容。存放在手機本機設定檔，不上傳，也不會包含在你匯出的備份檔裡。
• 計步器讀數（僅「快走」任務進行時）：確認快走任務真的有走路，開始與結束時各讀一次手機的總步數，相減得到這段時間的步數。只存在進行中的任務紀錄，完成或放棄後即刪除，不上傳。

以上資料只存在你的手機。解除安裝本 App 會一併刪除所有資料。因為資料不在我們手上，我們無法替你還原；換手機或想留一份備份時，可以自己用「我的」→「匯出備份」存成檔案（見下方）。

臉部與頭部位置資料

本 App 的「角色頭像取代臉」功能（在「我的」→ 設定，預設開啟，可隨時關閉）會用相機畫面上鼻子、雙眼、雙耳的位置，決定角色頭像要蓋在畫面的哪裡、多大、傾斜多少，讓運動畫面看起來像遊戲，也讓你的臉不會出現在螢幕錄影裡。

• 蒐集什麼：只有這幾個點在畫面上的座標數字（x、y 與信心值），由 Google ML Kit 姿勢辨識在手機上即時算出。不是臉部影像、臉部特徵模板、臉部網格或可以辨識身分的資料；本 App 不使用 ARKit、TrueDepth、Face ID 或臉部辨識，也不判斷你是誰、表情或情緒。
• 用途：只用來把角色頭像疊在即時預覽上，以及動作計數與姿勢提示。不用於辨識身分、廣告、分析、追蹤，也不用於其他任何目的。
• 儲存與保留：只存在手機記憶體。處理完一個畫面就被下一個取代，只為了畫面平順會短暫保留最近約 1 秒的位置；離開相機畫面或關閉 App 即消失。不寫入檔案、不存進資料庫。App 唯一儲存的是「角色頭像取代臉」開或關這個設定。
• 分享：不與任何第三方分享、不上傳到任何伺服器。座標由 ML Kit 在你的手機上計算，不會傳出；iOS 版的 ML Kit 可能向 Google 回傳的匿名診斷資料（見上方），不含影像、座標或任何個人資料。
• 刪除：沒有留下需要刪除的臉部資料。解除安裝本 App 會一併刪除上述設定。

購買 MauFit Pro

MauFit Pro 是一次性的 App 內購買（不是訂閱），額外解鎖進階動作、專屬夥伴、語音引導伸展與進階統計。

• 付款由 Google Play 或 Apple App Store 處理。我們看不到也不會收到你的信用卡、付款方式或帳戶資料；本 App 沒有自己的帳號系統，也沒有伺服器。
• 購買完成後，本 App 只在手機上記下「Pro 已解鎖」這個狀態，讓你離線也能使用。換手機或重新安裝時，請在 Pro 頁面按「恢復購買」，由商店確認你的購買紀錄。
• 退款、發票與付款問題，請洽 Google Play 或 Apple。
• 購買資訊由商店依其隱私權政策處理，不經過我們，也不與其他資料合併。

資料備份（匯出與匯入）

「我的」頁面的「匯出備份」會把你的角色、任務、訓練紀錄、夥伴、卡片與各項設定存成一個檔案，「匯入備份」可以用這個檔案還原。

• 檔案產生在你的手機上，只有你自己選擇分享（例如存到雲端硬碟、傳給自己或寄信）時才會離開手機；本 App 本身不會上傳它。
• 匯出時可以用密碼保護備份檔（AES-256 加密，建議使用，匯出時預設勾選）。忘記密碼就無法打開，我們也無法幫你找回，因為密碼和檔案都不在我們手上。沒有加密的備份是純文字（JSON），裡面是你的遊戲資料，請像對待個人資料一樣保管。
• 備份檔不含「Pro 已解鎖」的狀態：購買是綁在你的商店帳號上，不會因為匯入別人的檔案而解鎖，也不會因為匯入而消失。
• 匯入會取代這支手機上現有的資料，無法復原。

權限說明

• 相機：用於辨識動作（含上述頭部位置）。不允許相機權限時，需要相機的動作無法使用。
• 身體活動（iOS 為「動作與健身」）：用於讀取手機的計步器，確認「快走」任務有走路。只在你開始快走時讀取，步數不會上傳，也不會保留歷史。不允許此權限時，快走仍可使用，只是改成單純計時。
• 通知：用於每日運動提醒。通知由手機本機排程，不經過任何伺服器，你可以隨時在系統設定或本 App 的「我的」頁面關閉。
• 震動：用於動作計數與完成時的觸覺回饋。
• 開機完成（僅 Android）：重新開機後恢復每日提醒的排程。

兒少

本 App 不需要帳號、不蒐集姓名或聯絡方式等個人資料，也不含廣告或外部連結；唯一傳出的是上方所述、不與身分連結的 ML Kit 匿名診斷資料（僅 iOS）。

運動安全聲明

本 App 不提供醫療診斷或醫療建議。請依自身狀況運動，如有疼痛、暈眩或不適請立即停止； 如有心血管疾病、關節傷病或其他健康疑慮，請先諮詢醫師。

政策變更

若未來功能變動而影響資料處理方式（例如加入雲端備份），我們會先更新本政策並在 App 內提示， 且新增任何會傳出資料的功能前都會取得你的同意。

MauFit Privacy Policy

MauFit (the "App") is an iOS and Android app that uses the camera to count exercise reps and turns workouts into a game. Our design principle is that your data stays on your phone. This policy explains what the App processes and what it does not do.

What we do not collect or upload

• No account: no sign-up, no login, no cloud account.
• No network needed: every feature works on your phone; we run no server and never upload your personal data.
• No personal data upload: no analytics, ads or trackers. The one exception is Google ML Kit, used for pose detection: on iOS, this SDK may send anonymous SDK diagnostics and usage data to Google (such as device identifiers, performance and diagnostic data, and feature usage; never camera frames, photos or anything you enter). This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.
• No photos or videos stored: camera frames are processed in memory only, to detect body joint positions, then discarded.
• No audio recording: the App does not use the microphone.

Data processed and stored on your phone

• Camera frames: real-time joint detection to count reps and hint at posture. Processed on-device, never stored.
• On-screen positions of the nose, eyes and ears (2D coordinates): decide where, how large and how tilted the "Character face instead of my face" head is drawn (see "Face and head-position data" below). Kept in memory only, never saved.
• Character name, gender, fitness level, goals, daily time: used to generate daily quests and difficulty. Stored in the local database.
• Quests, workout history, level, XP, streaks, rest tickets: game progress and history. Stored locally.
• Reminder time: for the daily reminder notification. Stored locally.
• How you felt and difficulty preference after each workout: used to tune the next quest and shown in the workout log. Stored locally, never uploaded.
• Training statistics (weekly and monthly trends, time per move, personal records): the advanced stats on the Growth page (Pro), calculated live from the workout history on your phone. Not stored separately and never uploaded.
• "Pro unlocked" status: unlocks the Pro content. Stored in the local settings on your phone, never uploaded, and not included in the backup file you export.
• Pedometer reading (only during a "brisk walk" quest): to confirm you actually walked. The total step count is read once at the start and once at the end and subtracted. It is kept only in the active quest record, deleted when the quest finishes or is abandoned, and never uploaded.

All of this data exists only on your phone. Uninstalling the App deletes it all. Because we do not hold your data, we cannot restore it for you; to change phones or keep a copy, you can save a backup file yourself with Me > Export backup (see below).

Face and head-position data

The "Character face instead of my face" feature (Me > settings, on by default, can be turned off at any time) uses the positions of the nose, both eyes and both ears in the camera view to decide where, how large and how tilted the character head is drawn, so the workout looks like the game and your face does not appear in screen recordings.

• What we collect: only the on-screen coordinates (x, y and a confidence value) of these points, computed on your phone in real time by Google ML Kit pose detection. They are not face images, face templates, face meshes or data that can identify a person. The App does not use ARKit, TrueDepth, Face ID or face recognition, and does not determine who you are, your expression or your emotions.
• Use: only to draw the character head over the live preview, and for rep counting and posture hints. Not used for identification, advertising, analytics, tracking or any other purpose.
• Storage and retention: only in the phone's memory. Each frame's values are replaced by the next; the most recent ~1 second is kept only to keep the picture smooth, and it disappears when you leave the camera screen or close the app. Nothing is written to a file or database. The only thing the App stores is the on/off value of the "Character face instead of my face" setting.
• Sharing: not shared with any third party and not uploaded to any server. The coordinates are computed by ML Kit on your phone and never leave it; the anonymous diagnostics that ML Kit on iOS may send to Google (see above) never include images, coordinates or personal data.
• Deletion: there is no stored face data to delete. Uninstalling the App deletes the setting.

Buying MauFit Pro

MauFit Pro is a one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription) that unlocks advanced moves, exclusive partners, voice-guided stretching and advanced stats.

• Payment is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We cannot see and never receive your card, payment method or account details. The App has no account system and no server.
• After a purchase, the App only remembers on your phone that Pro is unlocked, so it works offline. On a new phone or after reinstalling, tap "Restore purchase" on the Pro page and the store will confirm your purchase.
• For refunds, receipts and payment problems, please contact Google Play or Apple.
• Purchase information is handled by the store under its own privacy policy. It does not pass through us and is not combined with other data.

Data backup (export and import)

Me > "Export backup" saves your character, quests, workout history, partners, cards and settings into one file, and "Import backup" restores from that file.

• The file is created on your phone and leaves it only if you choose to share it (for example to cloud storage, to yourself or by email). The App itself does not upload it.
• When you export, you can protect the backup with a password (AES-256 encryption; recommended, and ticked by default). If you forget the password the backup cannot be opened and we cannot recover it for you, because neither the password nor the file is with us. A backup without a password is plain text (JSON) holding your game data; please keep it as you would any personal data.
• The backup does not contain the "Pro unlocked" status: the purchase belongs to your store account, so importing someone else's file does not unlock Pro, and importing does not remove it.
• Importing replaces the data currently on the phone and cannot be undone.

Permissions

• Camera: to detect movements (including the head position above). Without it, camera-based exercises are unavailable.
• Physical activity (Motion & Fitness on iOS): to read the pedometer for brisk-walk quests. Read only while a walk is in progress; steps are not uploaded or kept as history. Without it, walk quests still work as a plain timer.
• Notifications: for the daily reminder. Scheduled locally on your phone, with no server involved; you can turn them off in system settings or in the App.
• Vibration: haptic feedback for rep counts and completion.
• Boot completed (Android only): restores the daily reminder after a restart.

Children

The App needs no account, collects no personal data such as names or contact details, and contains no ads or external links. The only data sent out is the anonymous ML Kit diagnostics described above (iOS only), which is not linked to anyone's identity.

Safety notice

The App provides no medical diagnosis or advice. Exercise within your limits and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. If you have cardiovascular conditions, joint problems, or other health concerns, consult a doctor first.

Changes

If a future feature changes how data is handled (for example cloud backup), we will update this policy and notify you in the App, and we will ask for your consent before adding any feature that sends data out.

MauFit（以下「本アプリ」）は、カメラで動きを認識し、ゲームの仕組みで運動を応援する iOS / Android アプリです。 「データはあなたのスマホの中に置く」ことを設計の原則にしています。ここでは、本アプリが扱うデータと、行わないことを説明します。

収集・送信しないデータ

• アカウント不要：登録もログインも不要で、クラウドのアカウントもありません。
• インターネット不要：すべての機能はスマホ上で完結します。本アプリ独自のサーバーはなく、個人データを送信しません。
• 個人データを送信しません：分析ツール、広告、トラッキングは使っていません。唯一の例外は、動きの認識に使う Google ML Kit です。iOS 版では、この SDK が Google に匿名の SDK 診断・利用データ（例：端末識別子、性能・診断データ、機能の利用状況。カメラ映像、写真、入力した内容は含みません）を送ることがあります。このデータは身元と結びつかず、トラッキングにも使われません。
• 写真・動画は保存しません：カメラ映像は、体の関節の位置を調べるためにスマホのメモリ上でリアルタイムに処理され、処理後に破棄されます。保存はされません。
• 録音しません：本アプリはマイクを使いません。

本アプリがスマホ上で扱い、保存するデータ

• カメラ映像：関節位置をリアルタイムに調べ、回数のカウントとフォームの案内を行います（端末内で処理し、保存しません）。メモリのみ。
• 鼻・両目・両耳の画面上の位置（2次元座標）：「キャラクターの頭で顔を隠す」で頭をどこに、どの大きさ、どの傾きで重ねるかを決めます（下の「顔・頭の位置データ」参照）。メモリのみで、保存しません。
• キャラクター名、性別、運動レベル、目標、1日の運動時間：毎日のクエストと難易度の作成に使います。スマホ内のデータベースに保存します。
• クエスト、トレーニング記録、レベル、経験値、連続日数、休息チケット：ゲームの進行と履歴です。スマホ内のデータベースと設定ファイルに保存します。
• リマインダーの時刻設定：毎日のリマインダー通知用です。スマホ内の設定ファイルに保存します。
• トレーニング後の感想、難易度の希望：次のクエストの調整と「トレーニング日誌」への表示に使います。スマホ内の設定ファイルに保存し、送信しません。
• トレーニング統計（週・月の推移、種目別の時間、自己ベスト）：「成長」ページの詳細な統計（Pro）です。スマホ上のトレーニング記録からその場で計算します。別に保存せず、送信しません。
• 「Pro 解除済み」の状態：Pro の内容を解除します。スマホ内の設定ファイルに保存し、送信せず、書き出すバックアップファイルにも含まれません。
• 歩数計の値（「早歩き」クエスト中のみ）：本当に歩いたことの確認のため、開始時と終了時に端末の総歩数を1回ずつ読み取り、その差を歩数とします。実行中のクエスト記録にだけ保持し、完了または中止後に削除します。送信しません。

これらのデータはスマホの中だけにあります。本アプリをアンインストールすると、すべて削除されます。データは私たちの手元にないため、復元することはできません。機種変更やコピーを残したいときは、「マイ」→「バックアップを書き出す」でファイルに保存できます（下記参照）。

顔・頭の位置データ

「キャラクターの頭で顔を隠す」機能（「マイ」→ 設定、初期設定でオン、いつでもオフにできます）は、カメラ映像上の鼻・両目・両耳の位置を使って、キャラクターの頭をどこに、どの大きさ、どの傾きで重ねるかを決めます。運動画面がゲームらしく見え、画面録画にあなたの顔が映らないようにするためです。

• 使うもの：画像上のこれらの点の座標の数値（x、y、信頼度）だけです。Google ML Kit の姿勢認識がスマホ上でリアルタイムに計算します。顔の画像、顔の特徴テンプレート、顔メッシュ、個人を識別できるデータではありません。本アプリは ARKit、TrueDepth、Face ID、顔認証を使わず、あなたが誰か、表情や感情も判定しません。
• 目的：ライブプレビューにキャラクターの頭を重ねること、および回数カウントとフォームの案内だけです。本人確認、広告、分析、トラッキングなど、他の目的には使いません。
• 保存と保持期間：スマホのメモリ上だけです。1フレームを処理すると次のフレームに置き換わり、画面を滑らかにするため直近約1秒の位置だけを一時的に保持します。カメラ画面を離れるかアプリを終了すると消えます。ファイルやデータベースには書き込みません。保存されるのは「キャラクターの頭で顔を隠す」のオン／オフの設定だけです。
• 共有：第三者とは共有せず、サーバーにも送信しません。座標は ML Kit がスマホ上で計算し、外に出ません。iOS 版の ML Kit が Google に送ることがある匿名の診断データ（上記）には、画像・座標・個人データは含まれません。
• 削除：削除が必要な顔データは残りません。本アプリをアンインストールすると、上記の設定も削除されます。

MauFit Pro の購入

MauFit Pro は買い切りのアプリ内課金（サブスクリプションではありません）で、上級種目、限定パートナー、音声ガイド付きストレッチ、詳細な統計を解除します。

• お支払いは Google Play または Apple App Store が処理します。カード、支払い方法、アカウントの情報を私たちが見たり受け取ったりすることはありません。本アプリにはアカウントの仕組みもサーバーもありません。
• 購入後、本アプリは「Pro 解除済み」であることだけをスマホに記憶し、オフラインでも使えるようにします。機種変更や再インストールのときは、Pro ページで「購入を復元」を押すと、ストアが購入履歴を確認します。
• 返金、領収書、支払いの問題は、Google Play または Apple にお問い合わせください。
• 購入情報はストアが自社のプライバシーポリシーに従って扱います。私たちを経由せず、他のデータと結合されることもありません。

データのバックアップ（書き出しと読み込み）

「マイ」の「バックアップを書き出す」は、キャラクター、クエスト、トレーニング記録、パートナー、カード、各種設定を1つのファイルに保存し、「バックアップを読み込む」でそのファイルから復元できます。

• ファイルはスマホ上で作られ、あなたが共有を選んだとき（クラウドへの保存、自分宛て送信、メールなど）にだけスマホの外に出ます。本アプリ自身が送信することはありません。
• 書き出すときに、バックアップをパスワードで保護できます（AES-256 暗号化。おすすめで、初期設定でオンです）。パスワードを忘れると開けず、こちらで取り戻すこともできません。パスワードもファイルも私たちの手元にないためです。パスワードなしのバックアップはテキスト（JSON）で、ゲームのデータが入っています。個人データと同じように管理してください。
• バックアップには「Pro 解除済み」の状態は含まれません。購入はストアのアカウントに結びついているため、他の人のファイルを読み込んでも Pro は解除されず、読み込みで Pro が消えることもありません。
• 読み込みは、このスマホにあるデータを置き換え、元に戻せません。

権限について

• カメラ：動きの認識（上記の頭の位置を含む）に使います。許可しない場合、カメラが必要な種目は使えません。
• 身体活動（iOS では「モーションとフィットネス」）：歩数計を読み取り、「早歩き」クエストで歩いたことを確認するために使います。早歩きを始めたときだけ読み取り、歩数は送信せず、履歴も残しません。許可しない場合でも早歩きは使えますが、単なるタイマーになります。
• 通知：毎日の運動リマインダー用です。通知はスマホ上でスケジュールされ、サーバーを経由しません。システム設定または「マイ」からいつでもオフにできます。
• 振動：回数のカウントや完了時のフィードバック用です。
• 起動完了の受信（Android のみ）：再起動後に毎日のリマインダーのスケジュールを復元するために使います。

お子様について

本アプリはアカウントが不要で、氏名や連絡先などの個人データを収集せず、広告や外部リンクもありません。スマホの外に出るのは、上記の、身元と結びつかない ML Kit の匿名診断データ（iOS のみ）だけです。

運動の安全に関するお知らせ

本アプリは医療診断や医療上のアドバイスを提供しません。ご自身の体調に合わせて運動し、痛み、めまい、不快感があればすぐに中止してください。 心血管疾患、関節の障害、その他の健康上の不安がある場合は、先に医師にご相談ください。

ポリシーの変更

今後、機能の変更によりデータの扱いが変わる場合（例：クラウドバックアップの追加）は、先に本ポリシーを更新し、アプリ内でお知らせします。 また、データを外部に送る機能を追加する前には、あなたの同意を得ます。
